General Terms

Guarantee
The manufacturers of the products sold by us guarantee very high quality. Time of Guarantee is at least two years beginning at the date of delivery.

Defects
The customer binds himself to inform us about any obvious defects within one week from delivery. In the event of a defect please keep the product prepared for repair or replacement.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the general right for withdrawal from the purchase of our goods within 14 days from delivery. Your withdrawal must contain no reason and be sent to us written or on another durable data container (please contact us BEFORE You sent back the undammaged goods in original packing). Please understand that we must exclude special designed or singular special productions from this right of withdrawal. Please inform us at once if our products does not satisfy You. To keep the time-limit it is enough to send the withdrawal within 14 days from delivery. After arriving of Your withdrawal and the undammaged goods in original packing, we will transfer the payment back to You. Due to German law the cost for the sending will have to be carried by You up to EUR 40,--. If there are more costs then EUR40,-- we have to carry the amont of money which is more than EUR 40,-

Prices
All prices are end-prices including the German taxes in EURO plus costs for sending and packing and are confirmed until 31.12.2012. We keep the right to adjust the prices to economical or legal necessities in singular cases. Please understand that we must charge EUR 7,50 if Your order is below EUR 15,--. For deliveries outside Germany we must have received the payment before sending.

Costs for Sending
Sending inside Germany EUR 8,90 incl. 19% taxes Outside Germany depends on country and products (on request).

Posibilitys of Payment
- Via invoice: to be payed in 8 days. If You do dot pay in 8 days, we charge EUR 2,50 for the first reminder, EUR 5,00 for the second and EUR 7,50 for the third.
- We charge EUR 5,-- for banking-costs for money-transfers from outside Germany.
- If You order articels from the company "SOMSO" we must have received the payment 7 days before delivery.
- Delivery outside Germany in general only with payment before.
- Delivery to private institutions from EUR 500,00 in general only with payment before.
If You pay too late, we have the right to charge interest on arrears 4,5 % above the Diskontsatz der Deutschen Bundesbank for the time of delay.

Delivery-Conditions
For Your and our protection we deliver exclusively after re-confirmation of e-mail-orders. We deliver under reservation that we ourselves get the goods in time from our manufacturers.Please think about the fact that our products are no mass-products and it is possible in very seldom cases that we must wait some 10 to 14 days.

Reservation of Ownership
The delivered goods remain in our ownership until we have receivedfull payment.

Other
Our offers are remainig free and in general valid within Germany (outside Germany on request). Please think about the fact that ous products are no mass-products. Little differences from the pictures in form, kind, colour, weight and colour may appear.

Privacy
All personal information of our customers will be treated confidentially. These information shall only be stored and processed to such extent as permitted by the customer and in strict observance of relevant rules and regulations. AKSE shall be entitled to transfer personal information of the customers for the purpose of credit checking and credit control as part of a data exchange. AKSE shall also be entitled to transfer personal information to the SCHUFA, the General Credit Protection Agency in Germany.

For delivery-contracts with people from outside Germany, only the law of Germany is relevant.

As far as legaly ever possible, court-place is agreed as Amts-/Landgericht Wiesbaden .
